Lisa Shull is currently the Vice President of Property Management at Bennett Williams Commercial; a full service commercial real estate firm based in Central Pennsylvania. Lisa oversees a portfolio of over 4 million square feet of commercial real estate including industrial, medical, office, and retail shopping centers throughout the northeastern United States. Lisa possesses the necessary skill set to ensure assets are effectively managed and owners realize maximum returns.

With over 16 years of property management experience with a current concentration in retail asset management, Lisa has established herself as leader in the field. She has gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry with expertise in tenant retention, lease administration, budgeting, energy management systems, construction administration, sustainability initiatives, CAM reconciliation, reporting, and facility operations. With her drive for results and continual pursuit of excellence, Lisa was awarded CPM Candidate of the year in 2021, Employee of the Year in 2020, and Property Management MVP in 2019.

A resident of York County, Pennsylvania, Lisa has an in-depth knowledge of the local property market, municipal regulations, and maintains an extensive network of local vendors and service providers that allow her to manage properties effectively, ensuring quality service to the benefit of both property owners and tenants. An excellent problem solver and trustworthy professional, Lisa takes pride in serving a broad pool of repeat and referral clientele.

Lisa is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and serves on both the Legislative and Membership Committees of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Beyond work, Lisa is a mother of three, soon-to-be grandmother, and enjoys travel, football, and spending time with her family. Because learning is her favorite hobby, Lisa is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management at LSU to continue to add to her skill set for the benefit of her clients.
